The variety was used as a model object in field trials dedicated to weed control methods in sugar beet crops and the study of the effect of herbicides on the crop.
During studies of biochemical changes during the storage of roots in piles, it was noted that the level of invert sugar in this variety remained relatively stable for a long period. The variety showed susceptibility to beet curly top virus infection.
