The variety Muza is classified in official registers as fodder beet (Beta vulgaris L. var. crassa). It does not belong to the sugar beet category (Beta vulgaris var. saccharifera); therefore, the sugar content indicators and agronomic types accepted in the sugar industry are not applicable to it.
It is important not to confuse this variety with the sugar beet hybrid named Mozayik, which is a separate variety and is unrelated to the fodder beet Muza.
