The variety belongs to the genetically monogerm types developed by a Polish breeding company. It was intended for use in industrial sugarprocessing, and the tops and pulp of the crop could be used for feed purposes.
In scientific literature, the variety was mentioned in the context of research on pre-sowing seed treatment, where the positive influence of stimulation on root weight and sugar content was noted. Studies on the antibiosis of the variety to the black bean aphid were also conducted.
Today, the variety is considered obsolete and is not included in modern commercial seed catalogs, being preserved mainly in archival materials and scientific publications of past years.
