The variety is a sugar beet hybrid. It possesses genetic resistance to rhizomania; however, scientific publications note its susceptibility to certain fungal leaf diseases, in particular Cercospora leaf spot.
The roots of the variety are characterized by good storage quality in clamps. The main purpose of the crop is cultivation for industrial sugar production.
