Variety description

The variety is a small tree or shrub with graceful, drooping branches and a delicate lacy texture. At maturity, the height is from 1.2 to 2.4 meters with a crown width of 0.9–1.8 meters. The leaves are bright green, fern-like, and turn golden-yellow in autumn. As it matures, decorative white bark forms.
The plant is characterized by high winter hardiness (USDA zones 2–8) and resistance to a number of diseases, including Verticillium wilt, powdery mildew, leaf spot, and root rot. It possesses wind resistance and tolerance to urban conditions. It prefers rich, well-drained soils and uniform watering.
The variety is used in landscape design as an accent plant, for mixed borders, or container gardening. Pruning is recommended during the summer period to avoid intense sap flow.
