'Melgueil' is a natural mutation of the 'Blush' variety. The plant has medium vigor and an upright form. The true flowers are small and white, while the decorative bracts are red upon opening, changing to fuchsia during the flowering process.

Flowering is characterized by high intensity and continues from March to the autumn period. The variety is intended for cultivation in the open field in regions with a warm climate, or in container culture with the need to move indoors in regions with colder conditions.
