Variety description

10 August 2026

The Demetra variety is mid-season and stands out among other varieties for its longest growing season. Under field trial conditions, seed yield was 1.81 t/ha.

The plant has a well-developed leaf surface and golden-yellow flower petals. The variety is adapted to regional cultivation technologies and is used in breeding as a maternal component for creating new varieties.

Demetra variety seeds are a raw material for mustard oil production and are also used in the food industry, including for the production of table mustard.
