The Gisora variety is a spring rapeseed of German origin. In scientific literature, it appears most often not as a commercial agricultural variety, but as an object for genetic and physiological studies dedicated to the study of the Brassica napus genome.
During the studies, the variety was considered in the context of examining nitrogen use efficiency in plants and the variability of glucosinolate content. Official data on morphological characteristics, resistance to diseases, lodging, or seed quality indicators are not presented in the publications.
