NEPTUN is an early-maturing single hybrid with a plant height of about 160 cm. The oil content in seeds is 47%, erucic acid content is less than 0.2%, and glucosinolate content is less than 18 µmol. The crop yield reaches 50 c/ha.
The hybrid has high seedling vigor and cold resistance. Disease resistance ratings: Alternaria blight — 10 points, Phoma stem canker and Sclerotinia stem rot — 8 points, Cylindrosporium leaf spot — 7 points. Lodging resistance is rated at 6 points, and resistance to pod shattering is 9 points.
