Variety description

10 August 2026

The first-generation hybrid Cadillac F1 belongs to late-maturing varieties. The plant forms a vertical rosette of medium-sized leaves, which have a green color, a weakly expressed waxy bloom, a slightly blistered surface, and slightly wavy edges. The yield is 5.8 kg per square meter.

The head of the hybrid has a round-flat shape, a dense fine-tuberous structure, and a whitish color. The surface of the head is well-covered by leaves, the total number of which can reach 14. The weight of a marketable head is about 0.9 kg, while the potential weight can reach 2–2.5 kg.

The variety is intended for fresh consumption, culinary use, and processing, but is not designed for long-term storage. The recommended planting density is 40–45 thousand plants per hectare.
