Variety description

10 August 2026

A variety of French origin, it is an open-pollinated variety suitable for fresh consumption, freezing, and culinary processing. The plant reaches a height of 30–75 cm and possesses a self-blanching ability, where the leaves protect the inflorescences from sunscald, maintaining their pure white color.

The heads are dense, flat or dome-shaped, with a diameter of 15–20 cm and a weight from 0.8 to 2.3 kg. The variety is adapted for cultivation in regions with short seasons, tolerates cold well, and adapts to various soil types.
