The variety is a long-stemmed broccoli in which inflorescences are formed on individual stems. Due to this growth habit, the variety lacks the yellowing of the flower head often encountered in other types of broccoli.

The inflorescences have an intense green color that is retained after heat treatment. The taste is delicate, combining the qualities of broccoli and asparagus.

The variety is intended for the premium market segment. Due to the complexity of the agrotechnics, industrial cultivation on a large scale is difficult.
