Monclano F1 is a vigorous plant forming dense dome-shaped heads with fine florets on smooth stalks. After harvesting the central head, the variety is capable of producing side shoots and also possesses the ability to maintain marketable quality in the field for an extended period.

The main feature of the hybrid is its resistance to clubroot, which makes it sought after for infested soils. Furthermore, the variety is resistant to downy mildew infection.
