The variety is mid-early, with a ripening period of about 120 days. The plant forms an upright, bushy habit with a height of 60 to 150 cm. Leaves are grey-green or blue-green, corrugated.
The variety does not form a large central head, developing a medium head and many side shoots. Florets have a violet or purple hue, which changes to green upon heat treatment. The taste is mild, slightly sweet.
The plant is characterized by cold tolerance and resistance to wind and temperature fluctuations. The variety is a traditional selection, is not an F1 hybrid, and is intended for long-term harvesting from June to October.
