The Taipei variety, also known by the code SVBL0306, is a hybrid for autumn cultivation. It matures 2–3 days earlier than the Andersia variety and forms high-quality heads with small, uniform florets.

The plant belongs to the High Rise line, a feature of which is the high position of the head. This ensures effective ventilation, reducing the risk of rot, and creates potential for high-quality mechanized harvesting due to uniform ripening.
