The plant has gray-green leaves with a waxy bloom. The heads have a snow-white color in cross-section and are distinguished by their ability to remain in the field for a long time.

The hybrid is resistant to black rot and Fusarium wilt, and tolerates hot conditions well. Intended for sale in the fresh market and industrial processing, in particular for sauerkraut production.
