The plant reaches a height of 60–90 cm and is characterized by strong branching. The central head has a diameter of 8 to 10 cm. After the removal of the central part, the crop continues to form smaller florets in the leaf axils that are suitable for consumption.

The variety is intended for fresh market production. Due to its development characteristics, the plant is well-suited for cultivation in home gardens, providing a prolonged harvest period rather than a single-cut yield.
