The variety forms plants 75–90 cm tall. The period from germination to harvesting of the central head ranges from 60 to 90 days, which allows it to be characterized as an early, mid-season, or semi-late variety depending on growing conditions.

The variety is distinguished by its ability to form numerous side inflorescences after cutting the main head, which extends the harvest period. The produce consists of dense dark bluish-green heads with a delicate flavor, suitable for fresh consumption, culinary processing, and freezing.
