The variety is a classic population variety with a growing season of 110–130 days from transplanting. The plant reaches a height of about 30 cm, forming compact round heads with deep purple-red leaves covered in a waxy bloom.
The variety is distinguished by high keeping quality, remaining suitable for consumption for 4–6 months. It is resistant to cracking, tolerates adverse weather conditions, and possesses resistance to Fusarium wilt and clubroot. The produce is suitable for fresh consumption, culinary processing, and pickling.
