Langedijská, also known as Langedijker, is a late-maturing variety with a growing period of 135 to 145 days. The plant forms a vigorous rosette and dense round heads weighing 2–3 kg with typical blistered leaves of a light or medium green shade.
The variety is distinguished by its resistance to cracking and the ability to withstand autumn frosts, which allows for harvesting in October and November. The produce is suitable for long-term winter storage and fresh consumption; the variety is suitable for both direct sowing and transplant production.
