The variety is an old Dutch type for home gardens. The plant is characterized by a light, yellowish leaf color and a very thin, delicate texture, for which the variety is often referred to by the name «Butterkohl».
The variety is suitable for harvesting in the period from autumn to winter. Light frosts have a positive effect on the taste qualities of the leaves, making them softer. The variety belongs to the category of open-pollinated varieties.
