The variety is very late; harvesting is possible from December to March. The plant forms a compact head with finely blistered leaves of a medium-green or grey-green shade on a short and thick stem.
It is distinguished by a high standing ability, allowing heads to remain suitable for consumption after maturation under winter cold conditions. It is used as a winter vegetable crop, providing a supply of fresh produce during a period when other vegetables are limited in access.
