The variety is non-hybrid and belongs to the category of traditional French varieties. The plant reaches a height of about 60 cm and is intended for cultivation in the open field with the possibility of harvesting in the winter period.
The plant forms numerous grey-green or dark-green heads of medium size. The heads are dense, resistant to opening and capable of being kept on the stem for a long time.
