Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is early-mid maturity, with a period from transplanting to technical ripeness of 160–170 days. The plant is characterized by medium height. The sprouts have a round or slightly oval shape, are evenly spaced along the stem, and possess a mild aromatic flavor that improves after exposure to light frosts.

The plant has moderate winter hardiness, allowing harvest until the end of December, and is capable of overwintering in the absence of excessive moisture. The variety is not intended for mechanized harvesting. Hilling is recommended for root system development, and pinching of the top is recommended if sprout formation is insufficient in September–October.

This variety is non-hybrid, which allows for independent seed saving. Leaves may have a slight reddish tint, while the sprouts themselves have a bright dark green color.
