The variety is mid-late; the period from emergence to harvest is 150–175 days. The plant reaches a height of 50 to 100 cm. Between 20 and 75 small round or round-oval sprouts with a diameter of 3–4 cm form on the stem.
The sprouts are characterized by a dense structure, dark green color, and a sweetish nutty flavor. The plant possesses high cold resistance, which allows for harvesting in late autumn and winter, and is also distinguished by resistance to bacterial soft rot.
The variety is considered an improved breeding form of the Rosny variety and is sometimes associated with the Roodnerf variety type. It is used universally for culinary processing, fresh consumption, freezing, and canning.
