The plant belongs to the tronchuda group and is characterized by large leaves with clearly defined white veins. The leaves are directed inward, but a classic dense head is not formed. The plant habit is described as voluminous and low.

The production cycle of the variety is estimated as early-mid, with flowering occurring in the mid-late period. The crop is adapted to Atlantic growing conditions and is primarily cultivated in the spring-autumn period. The local population knows it by the names white vegetable or August vegetable.
