The cabbage forms flat or flat-round heads with a loose structure and soft leaves. The weight of a single head is from 1 to 2 kg. The taste of the leaves is characterized as sweetish.
The variety is recommended for fresh consumption, in particular for preparing salads, as well as for light side dishes or braised dishes. For cultivation, nutrient-rich soils ranging from medium to heavy are preferred. In a number of documents, the variety is classified as free from the use of cell fusion technologies.
