The vegetation period is 110–120 days. The head is flat in shape, the wrapper leaves are bright green with a waxy bloom, and the inner leaves are snow-white. The leaves are characterized by high tenderness, thinness, and small veins with a small core. The head weight varies from 2.0–3.0 kg without irrigation to 4.0–5.0 kg with irrigation.
The variety has a high sugar content (more than 3%), which promotes intensive fermentation during pickling. The loose structure of the head makes it easier to separate the leaves for culinary needs. The plant is characterized by drought tolerance and high adaptability, but it requires a significant area for development.
