The variety forms round or slightly flattened heads with a white internal structure and light green outer leaves. The leaf rosette reaches 65–110 cm in diameter, and the stump has a height of 18–25 cm. The yield of the variety can reach up to 8–10 kg/m².
The plant possesses cold hardiness, resistance to Fusarium wilt and rot, as well as high transportability. Due to its optimal sugar content, the variety has versatile uses, including fresh consumption, culinary processing, and especially fermentation.
