The variety is late-maturing, with a growing season lasting from 130 to 150 days. The heads are spherical or slightly flattened in shape, characterized by a very dense structure and a weight ranging from 3.5 to 4.5 kg. The outer leaves are green, while the inner leaves are white, succulent, and brittle. The height of the internal stump is 18–25 cm.
The plant is resistant to cracking and tolerates long-term storage well, though it is sensitive to moisture deficit during dry periods. The variety is versatile in its use: suitable for fresh consumption, preparing various dishes, and is considered one of the best varieties for fermentation.
