The variety forms a heavy, spherical head with smooth light green leaves and a moderately developed leaf rosette. The plant has high resistance to cold.
Sowing is carried out from January in protected cultivation or from March to June in open field. Seedlings are transplanted 6–8 weeks after emergence, maintaining a distance of 50 cm between plants.
