The variety belongs to the "cabus" type with a conical head shape tapering to the apex. Leaves are smooth, light-green or blue-green in shade, sometimes with reddish tones.
The variety is early-maturing: for spring sowing, the development period is 60–75 days; for autumn sowing, it is approximately 170 days. The plant is hardy, well-adapted to southern climates, prefers humus-rich soils, and is slightly sensitive to early bolting.
The produce is used fresh, for preparing soups, stews, and stuffed cabbage rolls. The variety is less resistant to severe cold compared to Savoy cabbage.
