The rosette is semi-vertical, reaching 18–22 cm in height and 40–50 cm in diameter. The leaves are large, with a medium degree of waxy bloom and a slightly wrinkled texture. The heads are gray-green in color and dense in structure.
The variety is intended for fresh consumption and fermentation. The plant shows resistance to light frosts. There are mentions of the variety in the form of an F1 hybrid and the Polar MS modification.
