Rare Ball F1 is a mid-early hybrid that matures 90 days after sowing or 55–60 days after transplanting. The plant forms compact, dense, round-shaped heads of dark green color, with a weight varying from 1.0 to 2.0 kg.
The hybrid possesses increased resistance to blackleg, black rot, as well as to the effects of high temperature and humidity. Due to its characteristics, the variety tolerates transportation well and is intended for cultivation in the open field for sale on the fresh market.
