The hybrid Sarmalin F1 is a mid-season variety with a growing period of 75–80 days. The plant is characterized by high vigor and plasticity. The head has a round or slightly flattened shape, a compact structure with thin, tender leaves, and a short core; its weight is 2.5–4.0 kg.

The hybrid is intended for processing, in particular for sauerkraut and stuffed cabbage rolls, and is also suitable for fresh market sales. It possesses resistance to Fusarium, bacteriosis, and thrips infestation. The produce is suitable for short-term storage of up to 2–3 months. The recommended planting density is 35–40 thousand plants per hectare.
