The maturation period of the hybrid is from 60 to 80 days after transplanting. The plant reaches a height of 25–51 cm. The heads have a diameter of about 15 cm and an average weight of 1.8 to 2.7 kg. The outer leaves are grey-green or dark green in color; inside, the head has a creamy-white shade.
The variety possesses resistance to yellows (Fusarium wilt), black rot, and tip burn. High density and resistance to cracking allow the heads to remain in the field for a long time. The produce has a mild, sweetish taste and a crunchy texture, suitable for fresh consumption, culinary use, and fermentation.
