The variety is classified as a catch crop with the ability to actively absorb nitrogen from the topsoil and prevent its leaching. Due to the formation of a dense soil cover before and after the winter period, the variety effectively suppresses weed growth.
The plant is characterized by good yield indicators when grown as a winter crop. However, it is noted that when sown at very late dates, occurring at the end of October or the beginning of November, the variety may exhibit insufficient winter hardiness.
