Variety description

10 August 2026

A variety of oilseed mustard included in official variety trials and used in research on the biochemical composition of seeds. When studying the influence of external factors on product quality, it was found that stress conditions, such as increased CO2 concentration, cause changes in the accumulation of aromatic glucosinolates.

During agronomic research, a yield response to climatic conditions was recorded: an increase in air temperature during the seed-filling period leads to a yield decrease of approximately 27 kg/ha for every degree Celsius. The variety is also mentioned in UPOV documentation in the context of the methodology for conducting tests for distinctness, uniformity, and stability.
