The variety is a tetraploid hybrid obtained by crossing Chinese cabbage and turnip rape. The plant is characterized by rapid growth, the ability to develop with late sowing dates, and high winter hardiness. The variety possesses the ability to regrow quickly after grazing or mowing.

The variety's produce is distinguished by a low nitrate content and a high sugar content. The plant contributes to the preservation of nitrogen in the soil, preventing its leaching. Due to its biological relationship with rapeseed, it is not recommended to include the variety in crop rotations where rapeseed is the main crop.
