The variety is early-ripening; the period from emergence to harvest is 45–55 days. It is intended for cultivation in open field, possesses resistance to stress conditions, lodging, bolting and short-term frosts down to -5°C.

The plant is of the leaf type, does not form a head, and forms a compact erect rosette 20–40 cm in diameter. The weight of one plant reaches 1.2 kg, with up to two-thirds of the weight consisting of long, crunchy white petioles. The leaves have a light green color and a taste resembling spinach.
