The plant forms dense, barrel-shaped heads ranging from 25 to 51 cm in height. The leaves have a crinkled texture, a light green or yellowish-green color, and wide white veins.

The variety is early or mid-early, with a maturity period of 50 to 60 days. The crop prefers cool growing conditions and is susceptible to clubroot and pests.

The leaves have a delicate flavor and a crunchy texture. The variety is versatile in use: it is suitable for fresh consumption, stewing, soups, and the preparation of fermented dishes, including kimchi.
