The roots have a round or slightly flattened shape and a smooth surface. The skin and flesh are golden-yellow in color. The plant reaches a height of 15–30 cm, and the root mass ranges from 70 to 190 g.

The variety is classified as mid-early or mid-season, with the period from sowing to harvest taking from 40 to 70 days. The crop is characterized by cold resistance and the ability of the roots to retain juiciness without becoming woody when overgrown.

The turnip is used fresh, as well as for various types of culinary processing, including stewing, baking, and steaming.
