The plant features unusual red leaves while maintaining green petioles. The taste is described as mild, slightly sweet, with a light hint of mustard.

The variety has an upright architecture. Due to the specific color of the leaves, it may attract fewer cabbage root flies compared to green varieties.

Suitable for fresh consumption in salads at any growth stage, as well as for stir-fry preparation in the mature state.
