The variety is early-maturing; the period from emergence to technical maturity is 60–70 days. The plant is medium-tall, with a small number of leaves. The root crops have a flat-round shape and smooth skin, completely colored white. A marketable root crop reaches a diameter of about 5 cm and a mass of up to 200 g; its flesh is characterized by a sweet taste.
The variety belongs to the category of heirloom local crops of the Lodi region. Sowing in open field at a depth of 2 cm is recommended in April for summer consumption or in early July for autumn-winter harvest.
