The variety is an old culture intended for winter harvest. The vegetation period is about 10–14 weeks, plant height reaches 30 cm.

Root crops are dense, white, medium-sized, ranging in shape from conical to rounded. The flesh is juicy, tender, with a sweetish taste and a nutty undertone; it does not become fibrous when left in the soil for a long time.

The plant possesses high cold hardiness and is capable of withstanding frosts down to -15°C, which allows the crop to be left in the soil in regions with a mild climate. The root crops are suitable for consumption in raw form and culinary processing.
