The root vegetable has a round shape, reaches a diameter of 6–10 cm, and is distinguished by a white color with a purple "neck". The leaf apparatus develops vigorously. The flesh of the root vegetable is white, juicy, and crispy, and possesses a mild taste with low pungency.

The variety is early-maturing and resistant to bolting. It is suitable for year-round cultivation, including early spring and late autumn sowings. It possesses good keeping quality during storage.

Intended for table use: the root vegetables are consumed fresh and thermally processed, and young leaves are suitable for consumption similarly to spinach.
