The roots of the variety have a semi-flattened or transverse-elliptical shape. The root skin is white with a distinct purple or bluish-purple area in the upper part. The flesh is white, dense in consistency, has a sweet taste, and retains its texture during culinary processing.
The plant reaches a height of 25–30 cm. The variety is characterized by high frost resistance, the ability to withstand frosts down to -15°C, and suitability for long-term winter storage. The crop prefers fertile, well-drained moist soils in sunny areas.
Seed sowing in open field is carried out from June to September. When growing, thinning of seedlings is required, leaving a distance of 10–15 cm between plants. The variety is used for preparing various dishes, including soups, stews, and purées.
