The variety forms compact, broadly oval heads 25–30 cm long. The leaves are dark green and have a strongly corrugated, blistered surface.

The plant has high resistance to bolting. The variety is self-pollinating, which ensures its stability during reproduction.

The heads are suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for frying and stewing. The variety is intended for both professional and amateur cultivation.
