Variety description

The plant has a vertical spreading form and reaches a height of 1.8–2.4 meters with a width of 1.2–1.8 meters. A characteristic feature of the variety is the spirally curved lateral branches and dark green glossy leaves with a slightly twisted shape.
The flowers of the variety are semi-double, colored in shades from bright red to pinkish-red. Flowering occurs from late winter to mid-spring. The variety is suitable for hardiness zones 7–10, withstanding temperature drops down to -17.8 °C.
The shrub prefers partial shade or shade, wind-protected areas, and acidic, well-drained soils. It is used as an accent plant in landscape design and for container cultivation.
