The variety is a compact form with a height of 30 to 50 cm. The plant forms dense, capitate, deep blue-violet inflorescences typical for this species.

The plant possesses high endurance and is capable of withstanding low temperatures corresponding to winter hardiness zone 4. The variety is intended for use in borders, mixed plantings, and containers, and is also suitable for cutting into bouquets.
